Eligibility Criteria for Poor Persons to Receive Legal Aid
Has no income or has an income below the minimum wage prescribed by the Government and announced from time to time;
Is a victim, has suffered loss or damage, or has had his or her rights infringed or legitimate interests disputed by an individual, a legal entity, or an organization;
A person subject to legal proceedings shall also be entitled to receive legal aid, as appropriate to the circumstances of the case;
Has no assets, including land, a house, a vehicle, livestock, or other property;
Has been certified by the relevant authorities.
Supporting Documents Required for an Application for Legal Aid for Poor Persons
Application for Legal Aid;
Certificate of Residence;
Certificate of Economic Status Issued by the Village Authority;
Copy of the Family Registration Book and Identity Card;
Other Relevant Documents Related to the Application (if any).
