From 1–5 June 2026, the Justice Office of Boualapha District carried out legal awareness dissemination activities combined with mobile outreach services and a legal consultation desk for local residents in Thongkham Sub-district, particularly in Nongno Village, Nongboua Village, Nongseng Village, Vangner Village, and Du Village.

The activity was led by Mr. Bounyoo Soulivong, Deputy Head of the District Justice Office, together with staff from the District Justice Office. Participants included village authorities and residents from the five villages.

The objective of this activity was to disseminate information on Decree No. 77/PM, the Law on Family, the Land Law, the Law on Civil Procedure, the Law on Property Rights, the Law on Inheritance, and the Penal Code, as well as to strengthen public trust in the effectiveness of the law.

It was further aimed at enhancing public awareness and encouraging respect for the Constitution, laws, and regulations among multi-ethnic communities at the grassroots level. At the same time, this work provides legal assistance and legal education, serving as an important task contributing to the implementation of the Party’s policies and resolutions of the Central Party Committee on improving the effectiveness of state administration and social management through the rule of law.

This is based on the principles of proactive implementation, equality of citizens before the law, and the creation of favorable conditions for citizens to access laws and justice equally and fairly.
