Justice Office of Xaychamphone District, Bolikhamsai Province Conducts Public Awareness Campaign on Prime Minister's Decree No. 77/GOV and Provides Mobile Legal Consultation Services

From 15 to 21 June 2026, the Justice Office of Xaychamphone District, Bolikhamsai Province conducted a public awareness campaign to disseminate the provisions of Prime Minister's Decree No. 77/GOV and organized mobile legal consultation services for village authorities and local residents from five villages, namely Kuang Village, Khamkouna Village, Na Chaeng Village, Namsak Village, and Wangban Village.

The outreach mission was led by Mr. Lati Thidpasong, Head of the Justice Office of Xaychamphone District, together with the office's staff. A total of 223 participants, including 86 women, comprising village authorities and members of the public from the five villages, attended the activities.

The objective of the outreach activities was to enhance the understanding of village authorities and local residents regarding the objectives, scope, procedures, and application process for obtaining legal aid, as well as the categories of persons eligible to receive free legal assistance under the provisions of Prime Minister's Decree No. 77/GOV.

The activities also aimed to improve access to justice for eligible beneficiaries and individuals with limited legal knowledge by ensuring that they are able to obtain legal assistance, safeguard their lawful rights and interests, promote equality before the law, and contribute to a peaceful, just, and civilized society.
