On 25 June 2026, the Provincial Justice Department of Luang Namtha conducted dissemination activities on Decree No. 77/PM and provided a mobile legal consultation service in Tha Village, Long District, Luang Namtha Province.
The activity was led by Mr. Phonsavanh Voravong, Deputy Head of the Provincial Justice Department. A total of 63 participants attended, including 28 women.
